The high temperature (HT) version is based on a ceramic substrate, which slightly reduces the accuracy.
* The exact min. sample size depends on the material properties.
** All maximum temperature refer to operation under air. If Kapton Sensors are used in inert atmosphere the maximum temperature range can be extended from 200°C to 300°C.
